Don't boot me for revealing my techno limitations...Have most all of my Dead shows as MP3 files on hard drive and converted to audio CDEs for listening. Reading the posts on ipods, I wonder: is it the case that I can obtain software that would allow me (an idiot when it comes to this stuff) produce an audio CD from the hard drive MP3s (which are separate files for each song, generally) to a 'seamless' audio recording in which there is no break between songs?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated; sorry if this has been covered before, but I imagine some others with my limitations would benefit as well.

Great; was talking about burning the CDs, and appreciate the comments. Sounds like it shouldn't be too difficult. Thanks all three of you!

Just copy them to a disc. No converting or anything as far as I can tell William Tell. If a problem arises, holler.

I've been using this freeware for about a year - http://www.snapfiles.com/get/burrrn.html
works for me! Gapless playback and very user-friendly.
